I use the GUI Winscp &lt;a href="http://winscp.net/eng/index.php"&gt;http://winscp.net/eng/index.php&lt;/a&gt; and the command-line pscp from Putty. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When sending the e-mail with a long link, enclose the URL with greater than and less than symbols. Most e-mail clients will make sure the url isn't broken up when the text wraps.&lt;/p&gt;
