I've tried svn truck v24319 of WP-OpenID+, and WP-Yadis (v1.2) still doesn't manage to delegate. However, if this comment appears here, it means that it does work, and that (1) I somehow flubbed the svn install, or (2) the trunk version I have is out of date.
